A major commercial property transaction has seen a retail development in Bradford being bought for £4.74 million.
The crescent-shaped 57,400 sq ft building in Centenary Square was bought by Leeds-based Rushbond Group at an auction in London, where Holbeck Land was selling the property.
Commenting on the acquisition, Holbeck's Robert Firth said: "This is Rushbond's first major acquisition in Bradford and they have been impressed by the steps being taken by Bradford Council to ensure the success of the city."
Those keen on investing in commercial property may wish to seek legal advice to help themselves with the process.
One place that may see a number of commercial property transactions is the Rock Triangle scheme in Bury, Greater Manchester, which is currently under construction.
The Manchester Evening News stated last week that the £350 million project is the largest scheme of its kind outside London.
