The first female beefeater to work at the Tower of London has prevailed in her harassment case after two male colleagues were sacked for mistreating her.
Moira Cameron, who was appointed in 2007, took the matter to an internal tribunal after complaining of maltreatment by some of the male beefeaters.
The outcome has led to two men losing their jobs, while a third was found not to have the case proven against him.
A 56-year-old man has also received a police caution for defacing Ms Cameron's Facebook entry.
While the internal procedure at the Tower may have worked for Ms Campbell, some employees may find that their employers are not as helpful and that external solutions may need to be sought.
Those working in the capital who are in such a situation might wish to speak to employment lawyers in London about their options.
Earlier this month, the government produced a guide to dealing with harassment in the workplace, which was drawn up with input from trade unions and employers.
