A new property development in Leeds has seen its apartments being filled rapidly in the eight weeks after new ownership took over the building.
Bridgewater Place was owned by KW Linfoot, which is now in liquidation, with new owners Landmark Development Projects and St James Securities seeking to rent out the residential units after carrying out refurbishments and establishing a concierge service, the Business Desk reports.
Since this move, the 49 studios, one and two-bedroom apartments have all been let out, while three apartments have been sold, including a rooftop penthouse.
Describing the rental strategy as a "phenomenal success", director of Landmark Development Projects Chris Gilman said the news had been a boost for the market in Leeds.
He added that the company remained "firm in our belief that faith will be restored in the residential market, with purchasers regaining confidence".
The Bridgewater Place development is a mixed-use building, which includes offices, restaurants and an underground car park with 400 spaces.
