Property lawyer, Suzanne Blakey joins London law firm, William Sturges LLP.
 
Ian Gavin Brown, senior partner at William Sturges LLP says, “we are delighted to announce the appointment of Suzanne Blakey as a Conusltant in our commerical property department”.

Suzanne qualified as a Solicitor in 1983, with a prominent central London law firm, where she remained until this year. She served on the Residential Committee of the British Property Federation between 2004 and 2007.
Suzanne acts for clients in connection with general commercial property transactions, with particular emphasis on sales and acquisitions of businesses in the hospitality sector. She also acts for private clients and investors, in connection with all types of residential property transactions.

Gavin Brown comments that, “Suzanne is an outstanding lawyer and her appointment further strengthens our legal services in both the property and hospitality sectors”.
 

The Law Society has awarded the Lexcel accreditation to London law firm, William Sturges LLP
 
“We are delighted to have been awarded the Lexcel quality mark by the Law Society. The successfully completed Lexcel accreditation will be in place for the next three years – subject to independent annual assessments”, says Ian Gavin Brown, senior partner at William Sturges Solicitors.
 
Lexcel is the Law Society's quality mark for excellence and has been awarded to the 9% of legal practices that have demonstrated that they have met the pre practice management standards covering case management, office administration, financial management, risk assessment and good customer care.
