Every case is managed by a partner-led team incorporating litigation experts who are, or who work alongside, colleagues with specific experience in the relevant practice or business area, whether commercial or representing individuals.
Practice area head James Hannon has extensive experience in commercial litigation and property dispute resolution; he and other solicitors in the team also support corporate clients in settling disputes in fields from breach of contract, debt recovery and employment disputes to shareholder and trustee actions.
Team members also offer litigation expertise to individuals in areas as diverse as personal injury, contentious probate, and corporate and individual insolvency, professional negligence, education and sports law.
