Advice, planning and support at all of life's stages
There’s no question that knowledgeable advice and planning can have a major impact on our financial future. Whether we’re making plans affecting current finances, retirement or the care of dependents and loved ones, making well-advised decisions now will determine our long-term peace of mind.

Our Probate Wills, Tax and Trusts team have all the integrated experience and expertise our clients need to optimise tax planning via wills and trusts. We help to plan estates, form and run trusts and, where necessary, advise on the resolution of disputes.

When our clients are coming to terms with the loss of a family member, we’re there to sensitively guide them through the probate of and administration of estates.

We also help plan for personal needs from the preparation and operation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, to Deputyship matters and Court of Protection work.

The Private Client team also offers expert advice on the formation and governance of Charities, a Trustee’s legal powers and responsibilities, dealings with charity land and the operation & administration of charities.
