Gay Lewis is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a Resolution trained family mediator. She is on the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and a Member of Resolution.

Gay has over 20 years experience of family law work in connection with all aspects of relationship breakdown including:

• high and medium value financial disputes linked to divorce proceedings;
• high and medium value separation agreements;
• claims for financial provision for the children of unmarried parents;
• financial claims relating to overseas divorces;
• enforcement of financial orders;
• pre-marital agreements;
• disputes relating to the arrangements for children following relationship breakdown (contact, residence and parental responsibility);
• protective injunctions;
• divorce, nullity and judicial separation.

Gay has developed a knowledge of various complex financial structures whilst working with clients involved in the financial services industry. She has also developed an ability to trace hidden assets on behalf of vulnerable clients.
