Gina was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2011 and has worked at William Sturges since 2000 when it merged with her previous firm Chethams.

Gina works in the firm's litigation and employment departments.

She has had exposure to substantial and complex litigation and has wide litigation experience. Gina manages the debt recovery section at William Sturges and has developed a particular ability to trace individuals and their assets that informs her advice to the firm's clients on how to enforce judgments in their favour. Her work has included high and medium value debt recovery claims within England and Wales and outside it.

Gina's work for the firm's employment department has included acting for employers in the High Court in breach of contract proceedings and for the enforcement of post-termination restrictions. She also has experience of various types of Employment Tribunal claim, including multiple equal pay claims. She has acted for senior executives with a view to securing an appropriate settlement on termination of their employment.

Gina's employment  work includes non-contentious matters such as drafting and revising contracts and staff handbooks, dealing with sickness and capability issues, handling redundancy programmes and assisting employers in the implementation of grievance and disciplinary procedures.
