Grant has for many years been in private practice in the City and West London. He joined William Sturges as a Partner in 2005. He has experience in the following areas: company, commercial, employment law and property. His work has included:

• know-how, patent, copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property licences and assignments
• listings on recognised share markets
• loan and guarantee facilities and securities for advances
• the sale purchase and leases of residential and commercial properties. charities. premises licensing

The clients he has worked for include brewers; company directors and shareholders; architects, sports clubs; employers and employees; hoteliers; restaurants; surveyors; manufacturers, exporters and importers.

His main interest lies in tennis and he was recently Chairman of The Queens Club and lives in South West London.
