Mary was admitted as a solicitor in 1976 and practised at Linklaters and Clifford Chance specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions before joining William Sturges. She was an in-house legal advisor for Fisons Plc, looking after the Company’s agrochemical, pharmaceutical and scientific equipment divisions. She was also a consultant adviser to the Last Great Western Railway Housing Association. She has advised numerous charities on their constitutions and operational problems.
Mary is an experienced company commercial lawyer and has advised clients of all sizes ranging from sole traders, partnerships, privately owned or publicly listed companies. Mary has experience in the following areas:
