Mary was admitted as a solicitor in 1976 and practised at Linklaters and Clifford Chance specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions before joining William Sturges. She was an in-house legal advisor for Fisons Plc, looking after the Company’s agrochemical, pharmaceutical and scientific equipment divisions. She was also a consultant adviser to the Last Great Western Railway Housing Association. She has advised numerous charities on their constitutions and operational problems.
