Neil specialises in residential conveyancing for both private clients and property investors and became a partner of William Sturges in June 2005.

Prior to qualifying as a solictor Neil was an Area Director of Bairstow Eves plc and Countrywide Residential Lettings with responsibility for a large group of sales and letting offices and their London & Country Homes Executive Property Department based in Hampstead. He was elected Chairman of the National Association of Estate Agents, North & North West London Branch and for 8 years looked after the interests of over 400 members.

Neil has a motor-cruiser berthed on the South Coast and enjoys in-shore waters whenever time permits. He is also legal advisor to a marina and HM Coastguard.
