Samantha read law at Exeter University before qualifying as a solicitor in 2005 and joining William Sturges in 2010.

Samantha specialises in commercial and residential property. She has acted for a variety of corporate, charity and individual clients relating to a wide spectrum of property transactions including:

- acquisitions and disposals of commercial land and buildings;

- lease negotiations for both landlords and tenants;

- general leasehold management issues for commercial buildings;

- all aspects of residential property sales and purchases.

Samantha lives in South West London and is a member of the Young Lord's Taverners and the Association of Women Solicitors.
