Shreepali was admitted as a solicitor in July 2001 and joined William web21db1 & Co as an assistant solicitor in November 2006. She is a member of both the Solicitors Regulation Authority Family Law Accreditation Scheme and of Resolution.
Shreepali has experience in all areas of relationship breakdown for married and unmarried partners including financial matters and children disputes.
Shreepali’s experience includes:
- Financial disputes arising on separation between husbands and wives or civil partners
- Pension sharing orders
- Pre marital agreements
- Cohabitation agreements and disputes between cohabiting couples on separation
- Disputes relating to contact and residence of children
- Disputes concerning financial provision for children of unmarried parents
- Domestic violence injunctions between married and unmarried couples and their children
- Enforcement of orders made in family proceedings
