Grant is Head of Company and Commercial at William Sturges and specialises in corporate transactions with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring and strategic advisory services. His comprehensive knowledge and experience, spanning over 30 years, encompasses all stages of business development, from formation to disposal, including shareholders’ agreements, refinancing and general contractual arrangements.

His expertise extends to non-contentious employment law, serving employers and employees. His ability to navigate complex transactions while maintaining a clear focus on client objectives has established him as a trusted advisor for business owners and private companies.

His career includes service as an independent adjudicator and cost assessor for the Legal Services Commission. He is a former chairman of the Queen’s Club.
